Information: I started down the creative path as a writer when I was young, coming up with wild stories and epics worthy of words and paint.

I turned to the pencil eventually in 1996 as a hobby, seeking a visual path for my writing. I tried many styles, and looked at the work of many artists. Eventually I got stuck, not liking the look of my art vs what I had written. It was then I saw Sailor Moon one day on TV... and everything seemed to come together.

I've been refining the look of my art now to fit what I feel it should be. I've been working as a professional animator/illustrator and graphic designer.

Professional animation credits include:
Mischief City season 1-2 YTV Canada
Gerald McBoingboing Cartoon Network USA

Magmic Games:
Cribbage Brew
Miner2049er
Cursed
Brainup: Clash of the Sexes
Phase10
among others

I'm inspired the works of artists all over the world, notabaly Alphonse Mucha, Fujishima Kousuke, Tony Taka, Glen Keane, Ollie Johnson, Frank Thomas.

Musically I listen to just about anything from Kamelot, Rhapsody, Masami Okui, Beethoven, Mozart, Wynton Marsalis, all sort of video game music, jazz, classical, etc.

Literary inspiration is provided by Tolkien, Ed Greenwood, Elaine Cunningham, Mike Stackpole, Timmothy Zahn, Jeff Grubb, Alexandre Dumas.

In my spare time I find myself in the study of history and mythology as well as Kung Fu, studying with Wutan Canada, Northern Preying Mantis, Baji, Piqua, Bagua.
